Consultative and advisory bodies under Human Rights Commission

  Advisory body 

Advisory Council under HRC in RK is deliberative body with consultative-analyzing function which operates on social basis.

Council is created by scientists, representatives of academic agencies, educational organizations, representatives of non-governmental organizations and public figures who have experience in protecting human rights and freedom.

 The main functions of Council are:

  1. Provision with consultative aid to realize HCR activities.
  2. Advisory body for;
  • formulate proposals which are related to human rights and freedom, enhance legislation of RK and bring it to the principles and norms of international law
  • preparation of annual reports by HRC
  • аccording to abovementioned objectives

 

Advisors realize following functions;

  1. Considering project of laws and regulations related to human rights and freedom, commissioned by HCR 
  2. Development and presentation of HCR recommendations in order to improve legal mechanisms of protection of the human rights and freedom.
